NCOSO has been my orthodontist center for at least 5 years and I’ve been satisfied with their service since the beginning! The customer service is great, and the staff is kind.

I would recommend NC Oral Surgery and Orthodontics Cary Green Level because they take the time with you and they are always punctual for your appointment time.

Great experience! Staff was super friendly especially Abby and Dr. Kryn who put my daughter’s braces on. They were patient and explained every step of the process to her so she could understand. I would definitely recommend them for any orthodontic needs.

I’ve never been to an orthodontist that make me feel as important and like it was all about me! I love the staff Joey and krynn are amazing and all the assistants are so friendly I absolutely love this practice, highly recommend!

I was nervous about getting braces, but everyone at the office made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns.
Everyone here is super nice and whenever I'm nervous I talk to the people and I immediately feel comfortable. I love the atmosphere that is created here!
Dr. Kryn and Dr. Zhao work hard to make you confident with your smile and are very flexible with requests and scheduling. On top of that, I’m always greeted with a smile at this location by helpful administrators and clinicians!
